    The Assassination of Franz Ferdinand was crucial to history considering that this event led to one of the most known events in history. WWI began after Austria's Archduke was assassinated along with his wife Sophie by a nationalist group during a visit to Sarajevo. The Archduke decided to visit Sarajevo in an attempt to peacefully persuade the people from Sarajevo

    Alexander Graham Bell was the Scottish- born scientist and innovator responsible for the invention of the telephone. The invention of the telephone was quite important since this allowed communication to be accessible throughout the entire world.

    Women obtaining the right to vote was a great change considering all of the failed attempts that the suffragettes had to experience. Some of the main suffragists were Alice Paul and Lucy Burns, along with many other women that stood assault, disrespect, and even got physically injured in order for women to get the right to vote.
