Emotional Development(Infancy) Attachment to Caregiver
When asking my parents my behaviors as a infant, they described I had a very secure attachment style. I never really cried when they left and when they came back I was upset or angry at them. I was always just happy to see them. -
Emotional Development(Infancy) Temperament as a baby.
When I was first born I cried for a year and a half. After that I was usually just quiet, I always hated having attention on me. I was usually relaxed unless I got embarrassed. -
When I Began to Walk
My parents was not really sure at the time,but they guessed around the age of 2. They said I always wanted to keep up with my brother, therefore instead of starting to crawl, I just went ahead and moved on to walking. I added a picture of my brother and I to show that I always wanted to be by his side. -

My interests as a child was usually baby dolls and stuffed animals. What I used to play with does with with the research done on children's concept formation and categorization. -

In my early childhood, my concept of intelligence was test taking. Every time I made a good grade I would always get called "smart" or get awarded for my accomplishments. -

I gained a lot of confidence while doing my work and I always wanted to work hard to make the best grades possible. -
How Often I Exercised, Activities, and How did I feel about it.
When I was younger I exercised constantly. I did gymnastics all throughout childhood and I loved every second of it. I never got tired and I always had energy to do stuff. -
What Gross/Fine Motor Skills Was Involved
Gymnastics helped a lot with balance and coordination. It also helped strengthen my body. -
Emotional Development(Early Childhood) How family and friends described me, was it the same as my infant temperment.
From childhood compared to infancy, my temperament pretty much stayed the same. I was always described as easy-going, shy, and independent. I never asked for help with anything. I was so nervous to talk to anybody unless it was my parents and brother. I also never really complained. -
Puberty
I entered puberty at a very early age. I was either 12 or 13 I can not remember. I do know it did effect me because I was sort of embarrassed for awhile because of it. -
How Often I Exercised (Adolescence)
I did not exercise as much, due to a shoulder surgery I had to have at 14 and then I had another one at the age of 15. I still loved fitness, but due to my body I had to relax most of the time. -

Since I was in bed most of the time, sadly I did not have much going on during this period in my life. -

In adolescence I would describe my most important relationship as a liking. What I felt towards guys in my mind was love but instead it was more of a liking style with just closeness. -
Early Adulthood (How often I exercise)
I exercise about three days a week now, and I feel awful doing it. But I know I need to. It will sometimes differ during the week, sometimes I do more. But on average it is about three days. -

Now I have more of a Romantic Love. This is the sort of thing that is mostly just passion and intimacy at this point. -

My attachment style towards friends and my partners is an anxious-pre-occupied attachment style. I am always nervous to open myself up to others and I feel as if the effort I give the other person does not give the same.
