    [picture](www.history.com)The british didnt want to pay for Indian land and moved into Indian Territory in western Pennsylvania., King George III signed a proclamation that prohibits temporary settlement west of the Appalachians to keep peace with the Indians. The British still traded with the Indians even though they didnt like them.

    [picture](www.landofthebrave.info)The first tax on American Colonies. It was passed to place a tax on any printed item including papers, playing cards, and newspapers. Colonists didnt agree with the stamp act so they protested and Samuel Adams started Sons of Liberty to also protest.

They closed the Boston Harbor, kept food and supplies from being delivered to Boston, banned town meetings, allowed British officers to be tried in other colonies, and forced colonists to house soldiers in their home. Parliament wanted to isolate Boston by using these laws.

When the troops got to Concord militiamen were already there. They were hiding and from the begining until the end the redcoats killed 73 and 174 were wounded
  • 2nd Continental Congress

    2nd Continental Congress

That included Samuel and Jogn adams, Patrick Henry, Richard Henry Lee, and George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, and John Hancock. John Hancock was the president of the group and George Washington was the army commander.
