    Colonies costed more money than they where able to send back to England. England thought that the colonists needed to pay them back for fighting a war for them and sending more troops which costed more money. So they created the Stamp Act which is to tax sugar.

    England stared to make the colonists put stamps on anything paper like documents, will, playing cards ect.
  • Quartering Act

    Quartering Act
    Colonists were to house british soldiers in barbaraks and if they were to small to house all of them then they have to provide a room inn and in stables, ect.

    British government wanted to put taxes on imported goods from England
