NATIONAL COMMISSION OF TOURISM
It was created the first social tourism organization called "National Commission of Tourism". This took place the creation of the first international Congress of tourism in Zaragoza,San Sebastián and Madrid.
This is the business tourist because people go to congress,so they do tourism. -
THE RITZ HOTEL
HOTEL RITZ It was opened "The Ritz Hotel". It was desire of Alfonso XII, for that Madrid could enjoy of a hotel. It had the city level this cause, especially the domestic tourisim. -
THE ROYAL COMMISSIONER OF TOURISM
It was replaced "The National Commission of Tourism" by "The Royal Commissioner Tourism". It aims is to increase,care and to announce the Spanish cultural heritage, as museums, libraries, gardens, art exhibitions, etc.Duration: [1911 until 1928].

THE FIRST SPANISH AIRLINE
It was created the first Spanish Airline called Iberia. The founder was Horacio Echevarrieta. The first commercial trip was Barcelona-Madrid.
Then, in 1990, Iberia upgrade it's fleet. -
NATIONAL TOURISM BOARD
It was replaced the "Royal Commissioner Tourism" by ''National Tourism Board". Many offices of information were opened, many brochures were created with various languages about monuments, places, etc. With this, people were more aware about the tourism.

THE FIRST PARADOR NATIONAL OF TOURISM
PARADOR DE GREDOS It was inaugurated ''The first Parador National of Tourism'' in the Sierra of Gredos (Ávila), called ''Parador of Gredos'' by Marqués de la Vega Valle-Inclán with Alfonso XIII.
He is the creator of National Paradores in Spain and the main and first tourist promoter of the trips in Spain.
This type of accommodation began to attract the attention of thousands of travellers. -
BARCELONA UNIVERSAL EXHIBITION & IBEROAMERICAN EXHIBITION SEVILLE
SECOND VIDEOBARCELONA UNIVERSAL EXHIBITION Spain was celebrated simultaneously two big exhibitions:"Barcelona Universal Exhibition" and "Iberoamerican Exhibition Seville".

Spain gets the permanent headquarters of the WTO ( World Travel Organization) also called OMT., which it has the purpose to promote the tourism.It is based in Madrid.
The WTO is the global international organization dealing with the rules of trade between nations. -
BORN "FITUR" ( INTERNATIONAL TOURISM FAIR )
FITUR It was created FITUR (the International Tourism Fair).This event is celebrate every year in Madrid. The first edition was in 1981 with 3000 tourists. Nowadays, this event is growing increasingly and it attracts many tourists, excursionists and visitors. Professionals of tourism world participate in this fair. -
WORLD SEVILLE EXPO
EXPO SEVILLE It was celebrated the " WORLD SEVILLE EXPO" ( EXPO,92). This harder six months. Its base was "The era of the discoveries" .It was celebrated in Cartuja Island, Seville. Many people travel to Seville:

Spain was in a political crisis and these events increased the tourism.Therefore, the revenues increased in Spain . "Spain was a modern European country".
