I began taekwondo at age 11, first at Sam Vernons '. Then I left and went to Atchison Martial Arts. I've been there ever since, and this in turn led to me starting Carlson Gracie jiu jitsu, and takning lessons in muai tai, hapkido, krav maga, and self defense.

ACL

I tore my ACL during MMA practice....it hurt. :(

Surgery

I have my ACL surgery at 8 in the morning on a Monday....I don't remember much of the day after going under the knife. Or much of the week for that matter.
