Thousands of people die after a devastating flood hits the lowlands of Netherlands. The north sea was densely populated and and very vulnerable to flooding which was unknown to the people that lived there. -

On 11th of March 1888 a deadly blizzard hit hit the north east of America. there was about 55 inches of snow fallen from the blizzard and a death toll of 400. The great blizzard of 1888 hit hard New York city and Washington D.C. more than any other area. -

On the 21st of September 1895 the pioneer of science H.G. Wells was born in bromley, England. he received a scholarship to the Normal school. His interest in scientific topics led him to becoming a famous author. -

The first ever world cup started on July the 13th 1930 Montevideo, Uruguay. France beat Mexico 4-1 and America beat Belgium 3-0 in the very first games of the first world cup. link text -
Abdul Jabbar breaks points record
On the 5th of April 1984 Kareem Abdul Jabbar broke the points record of all time for an NBA player. he scored his 13,420th point of his career beating wilt chamberlain. Ice skater attacked
On the 6th of January 1994 Nancy Kerrigan, who was hoping to compete in the Olympics was attacked 2 days before the olympic trials. Nancy’s arch rivals ex-husband was asked to injure her. he then agreed to pay some men to injure her. -
When I was born
I was born at the Calvary Hospital at 12:30pm. I was born on the anniversary of my great grandfather’s death. His name was George and my name is Russian for George. My middle name is Robert after my Father’s Father. -
My sister was born
My sister, Sacha was also born at Calvary Hospital. I was 2 years and 9 months. -
When I broke my collarbone
When I was 3 years old I broke my collar bone. My mum was pushing me on the swing and I went to hop of and I my collar bone smashed into the timber that keeps the tan bark in place. -
First African American in space
Colonel Guion S. Bluford became the African American to go into space on 30th august 1983. Many people stayed up late (2:35) to watch the first night launch of the the challenger on its third mission. -
We moved to Melbourne
We moved to Melbourne and I spent kinder, prep, year 1 and year 2 of my schooling at Clifton hill primary school.We lived on mason street in northcote. -
My 2nd sister was born
My youngest sister was born in Melbourne. I remember i was at school and my grandma picked me up from school and took me to the hospital and we went to see my new sister. we were going to choose the name Anna or Mae but we chose Mae. -
We moved to Bangladesh
We moved to Bangladesh which is a third world country next to India. I spent year 3 there. We lived there for 15 months. While we were there my mums father had a heart attack and was actually dead for 12 minutes . But he is fine now he is now 61 years old. -
Gold coast cup
I left to gold coast for the gold coast cup which is a soccer tournament. we spent 2 weeks there and played 7 games. we won the grand final on the same day the AFL grand final is on. We only conceded 1 goal the whole tournament. -
Futsal tournament
On the 6th of January 2017 I played my first game of our futsal tournament in Sydney. I represented Tasmania and was chosen for the Australian national team. Made it through the group stage and played in the quarter finals but unfortunately lost to Queensland.
