    I was born at Tucson General hospital at 3;18 am. I was my mother's fourth and last child. This was the start of my life.
  • Medical complications

    Medical complications
    From when I was born till I was about a year old i've had some medical issues. when my mother was pregnant with me she caught the chicken pox and the doctors said that I probably wouldnt survive. My lingual fenilum was both on the bottom of my tongue and on the top and had to be clipped because I couldnt eat.
  • Early education

    Before I started kindergarten I could read and write and do simple math. When I startedschool I took off like a rocket. I was particularley fond of writing as a child and wrote numerous short stories that impressed my teachers.
  • Divorce

    My parents divorced and I moved to phoenix with my mother and my siblings. This was a real turning point in my life because never before had I experienced so much change in my life at once. At this time I really noticed how important my mother was to me.
  • Im an Aunt!

    Im an Aunt!
    On this day my niece Issabella esperanza Pesina was born. My nephew Logan James was the first son to my sister in law. Later they had martin their third and last child and made me the proudest aunt in the world. Ive been so honored to watch them grow into the beautiful individuals that they are today.
  • Scholarship

    In the sixth grade I received the David Eddy scholarship for my work around the school, my participation in the jumprope for heart event and for my academic achievement. The scholarship came to me as a form of a bond so that over time it would accumulate until I was ready to go to college.

    I started orchestra in the fifth grade but had to stop when I moved to phoenix because the school I went to didn't have a music program. When I came back to Tucson I was very excited to play again but faced lots of obstacles along the way. I played the standing bass and was pretty good at it too.If I could afford one I probably would start playing again.

    In eighth grade a select few of the students were nominated to go on a job shadow I was supposed to go on a job shadow with a radio station but they cancelled last minute. I ended up going to the university of arizona medical center. I went on a tour of the grounds and the last thing we saw was the morgue and at that point all of my interest was directed to that occupation. I knew that clinical pathology was what I wanted in a career.

    My brother had joined when he was in high school and I followed that example. When I was in AFJROTC I was an element leader and a good cluster of ribbons including a superior performance ribbon. I got to the rank of Technical sergeant before I left public school. This experience taught me discipline and what it means to be a leader.
  • Left public school

    Left public school
    I had left public school and joined primavera. All the pressure and distractions that came with public school became too much for me and started to throw me off track of my goals. Once I had left I felt a wave of relief wash over me and now I feel like i'm better off emotional and am a healthier person. This change allowed my to mature and know that if I want real change in my life that I have to make the initiative. When I called primavera to enroll was the first time I have felt like made an a
