    My grandfather and cousin passed away in a car accident that also took the lives of a few other distant relatives. This was an extremely tragic and traumatic event in my life. I was very much affected by this incident and still brings me anxiety even today

I now visit my doctor and dentist more frequently than before, I get tired pretty easily and now more than ever really have to watch my diet. As my body is going through several changes, I am learning more about myself and what I can and can no longer handle
