Alber Fall accepted bribes regarding the sale of pertroleum reserves and was sentenced to one year in prison and a $100,000 fine. -

Stock market crash causing many investors to lose all of their money. This led to an economic downturn that effected everyone, -

Soup kitchens were created to lessen the damage of the great depression on many American lives. The kitchens provided food for people who were unable to afford it. -

Period of severe dust storms which runied agriculture for many Americans. -

The bolder dam aka Hoover Dam started being buit. It is in the black canyon of the Colorado River. -

This act vastly lowered the cost of home ownership so more people were able to own homes. -

FDR decided that we should stay out of Latin American Affairs. -

The act provided welfare for people who were unable to properly financially support themselves. This act protected the eldery, and the retired. -

FDR declared war on Japan after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. -

FDR decreased the unemployment rate from 25% to 2%.
