Introduced to ART/DRAWING
Since you couldn't use your birth date and this is the closest thing I can remember to that date that was also very significant to me. I started to draw the December right up after I was born, I started to draw pictures for my family, especially my grandma and would colour and doodle all the time. This event is most significant to me 'cuz I love art, it has been such a big part of my life, been there through tough times and keeps pushing me to be and stay creative. -
My First Time to Disney & FL!
This next event was chosen because Florida and Disney has also been a really big part of my life and my family, I believe that all the influence from the Disney movies, trips and memories that i've been shaped to who i am now and that Disney has thought me a lot. The first trip too Disney was a start to many that I did not expect but has made amazing memories in my life that are extremely positive and have helped me a lot in the long run -
Erica was Born
August 20th 2003 my sister Erica was born, this was a significant time in my life because as much as we fight, and may disagree, collaborative my sister and we grew up best friends.. she has made me more responsible and collaborative because i had/have to take care of her and also have to be able to compromise with her so we do not fight more than we already do -
Introduced to School & Friends
I picked this event to describe briefly because i think school is really big part of someones life, minus what your parents teach, you learn everyday things for so many years of your life. it expands your social abilities, academic abilities, your personality and so much more. it teaches you your strengths, weaknesses, and the hard reality of the real world. i believe school has taught me to be all the learning skills and so much more than just those. school has really mended me to... well ME! -
Introduced to Music
Through my whole life I have been surrounded by music. My dad has always loved music and I grew up listening to it and "playing" it on a kids guitar. Now I play 9 instruments which includes saxophones (3), clarinet, flute, guitar, ukulele, trumpet, trombone, piano, baritone. Music is literally what i live off of everyday, i think music has made me more independent as a worker & person, i listen to music in the morning, at night, sleeping, eating, hanging with friends, in the shower & in the car -
Moved to Alton Village (homes&school)
I picked this event because this is what i remember most about my younger years, i moved houses in grade 3 to a new house the beginning of grade 5, i lived with my grandma in between because the workers delayed my house. In Alton i grew up, i met amazing people who i still love very much and met someone who changed my life and showed me what i'm capable of. i learned to be accepting and to love and i believe those are two very important traits. -
Graduated Grade 8 with all Honours & 3 Awards of Distinction
I chose this as one of my important events because it really set a foundation for high school and for my learning skills. This time in my life shaped me to grow up and mature but also is the next chapter of schooling for my life and probably the most important time as well. When i got awards in everything but physical education and 3 awards of distinction(art, english, music) Also, wining the musical performance award out of everyone in my grade made me want to be responsible and succeed -
First Year - Highschool
I chose this event as one of my more recent timeline events collaborative i because the first year of believe really showed me what its like to be involved on all academic high school all the time and how to balance out your 6 learning skills in each different class, every semester. High school has taught me to be independent, responsible, self regulated, collaborative, etc. -
Tough Times...
This time through grade 9 i went through a lot. a lot of mental struggles and family issues, so many good friends were lost and left me and i was very hurt. Through the time with problems and bullying i learnt that not everyone is the right person and not everyone always wants to be friends. this taught me to be independent and strong on my own regardless of anyone else. -
Breakaway, Literally
This is the last event that actually just passes about a month ago. I went on my 9th cruise and this one was life actually. i feel in love with the world and changing travelling again on our 2 week voyage on this NCL. i met a group of life changing people and made relationships i can never forget, the big blue waves of the never ending ocean and the warm rays, shaped me to want to be positive and let go of all the negativity i let in.
