    The "Fuhrer aller Germanen", the radio guy, has has the great idea to live talk with wounded soldiers. First they asked them where and then what kind of wound they had. The wounded soldiers were proud of their wounds, the worse the better. One of them was so honored to shake hands with the Fuhrer that he could hardly speak.

    The New Zeland corps are allied with the British against the Germans. They attacked the Maneth line with bombardements on the Axis positions.

    The day before Peter came and whispered something in Anne's dad ear. It was about a "barrel fallen over the warehouse" and "someone fumbling about at the door". Daddy and Peter went to check down immediately. When they were down there they herd two large bumps like if two doors were banged together. They waited but after a while they went upstairs because there was nothing.
