First day of school
I woke up this morning nervous for my first day of school. It's a new school for me and it is my last year, so I know it will be harder to make friends. I got to school and so far my day has been good for the most part. Fast forward to lunch, I was sitting by myself and then a bunch of people came to sit beside me and talk to me. I knew some from social media, but I didn't think they would recognize me. It made my day and when I got home I felt better about going to school. -
Volleyball Tryouts
Today was tryouts for volleyball and I was nervous but also confident because I have been playing for a while now. The nervousness mostly came from the new people I would be playing with, but some of them talked to me yesterday at lunch so it made me feel a bit better. At the tryouts there weren't very many girls, so everyone made the team. I went home after and my family was happy that i was getting involved and making new friends, so my mom cooked my favourrite meal. -
Gametime
Today was our first game for volleyball and we were all nervous. Last season they barely won any games, so we were expecting to lose. Our warm up started off a bit slow, but during the game we did really good and even ended up winning. It was a great start to our season and we were all happy
