Blogger
We used Blogger to plan, resaerch and evaluate our work( both for ancillary and our music video). This has helpeed us to create a better peice of work as we could go back and look at the way we have progressed since we started the project to where we are now. This is also a good way for us to get audience feedback so we could progress our work even further. -
Prezi
I used Prezi as it a easier format than some of the other presentation sitesd like slideshare. For one thing I don't need to download any software, I can just do it only. This makes it more accessable and easy to edit from any location. In addition, I can embed it by just copying and pasting a simple code. This allows me to easily show offf my work as well as go back to it when I need it. -
Emaze
Like prezi, emaze is easy to use and gets to the point easily. The templates are makle it fast to get a attractive peice of work, this is easier than a similar program such as powerpoint. I mostly used this for my resaerch on other artists. This software is also accessible online wich makes it easy to get to whearever you are . -
youtube
Youtube was incredably helpful in making our work, as we have not only watched music videos from yhe same genre we have also been able to upload vlogs that we have made to try and explain where we were in our work in a more visually stimulating way, rather thatn hjave=ing it all writen doen. This is better than other sites that are similar as it alowws anyone to watch the videos rather than just people that are signed up to the system. Also it is easy to share the work that you have made. -
Social Media
We used multiple types of socila media (e.g. twitter, instagram, facebook, etc.) to Keep our teachers up to date on the filming progress as well as helping our target audience upto date on what is happening as well as to get feedback. -
Cameras and Memory Cards
These were probably one of the most importanat peices of technology as without we would not have any video what-so-ever. As this is a state of the art camera it helped us to get the high quality work that we were looking for. In addition, the memory cards helped to acctually keep the things that we were filming (eventhough our work was deleted in the first werek of filming). These are mnore affective than the alternative (e.g. a DSLR Camera). -
DSLR Camera
The profressional camera helped us to take high quality pictues, not only for the digipak, but also for the blog and social media. We used this throughout the process of filming so that we would have many options for the digipak and the advertisement (this will make it more synergous as it allows the veiwer to see a connection between the music video and the ancillary work. This waas better than the cameras that they gave us as it is better quility and will therefore take better pictures. -
Kizoa
Kizoa is a good way to share images that I have taken and make it create and visually pleasing. In addition, it allows you to add music and transitions. This makes it more interactin=ver for the viewer. In addition, it is better than other slideshow softwares like animato.
