Kodak Cameras
Being the only child, and the only girl, and so adorable, I was the center of a attention for a while. Which means, lots of pictures. My mom always had a camera on hand. -
TV.... IN COLOR
My favorite show to watch was Sesame Street and Between the Lions on PBS Kids -
DVD
Disnye's Pocahontas was my all time favorite movie. I finally received it on DVD as a Christmas Present -
Email (school email)
Instead of passing written notes in class, we felt way cool emailing during the teacher's lesson. Prior to texting and phones, we were the hot stuff. Look at us, emailing and whatever. No big deal. -
Digital Camera
I was obssessed with pictures and photography for a while, and for Christmas, I finally received my first digital camera! I took it everywhere with me, and it helped to caputer millions of memories for school field trips and more. -
Nokia Phone
Everyone had a cool flip phone, or slide phone. And I was blessed with the rock - A Nokia. It wouldn't break or die, even if I begged it to. I remember getting teased for having such an old school phone. The best thing to do was play snake! -
Facebook
All my friends had one... and I wanted one too! I made a fake profile with a fake name and everything! My parents never found out... until someone ratted me out. -
MacBook Pro
The entire high school was given a MacBook Pro. Every student was able to do homework and access class links via the internet and other school websites. Which could only mean that we were held accountable to making up work when we were absent. Shucks. -
HDTV
Everyone hogged the TV, everyone wanted to watch their show. But you can already guess who always won.... My dad. -
MacBook Air
Juniors and Seniors were upgraded to MacBook Air laptops, which were smaller and lighter to carry around the entire campus. It was a little more difficult because there was a limited access to using DVDs on our computers. -
Iphone 5c
I was finally up to date with the phones everyone else had. An iphone 5c was a pretty big deal after having to flaunt a Nokia for a while. I remember immediately adding everyone I knew, and I was prepared to show off the next day at school.
