    Wedding of King Pelius and Thetis

    In the wedding, Eris, the goddess of Discord was upset that she was not invited to the wedding. She appeared at the wedding and threw an apple that was inscribed "For the fairest". Hera, Athena, and Aphrodite wanted the apple, this led to the Trojan War.

    The Collition of the Greek Forces

    This collition was led by King Agamemnon of Mycenae. The Greek warriors had some great heroes, leaders who were the greatest fighters and displayed the greatest courage in a battlefield.

    The Trojan Army defend the great city of Troy

    This army was led by their king, Prism. They had a long list of assistance and also had help from their semi-divine heroes.

    Paris versus Menelaus

    Menelaus offered to fight Paris and settle the issue of the war. Paris agreed to this and the two warriors drew lots to see who would first throw their spear. During the intense fight which nearly led to Menelaus killing Paris, the Trojan prince was saved from Aphrodite.

    Hector versus Ajax

    They both threw their spear, only to have no effect. Hector threw a large rock at Ajax, but he fended it off with his shield. Ajax did the same, but with a bigger rock and it smashed the shield of Hector. They drew their swords and closed for combat, but they were stopped by comrades who called for an end to the fighting.

    The Greek Ships Attacked

    Hector led the Trojans to attack the walls of the Greek camps. They broke through the gates and sent the Greeks fleeing to their ships. Zeus stepped in and and encouraged the Greeks who rallied and forced the Trojans to retreat. With the support of Apollo and Hector beat the Greeks back to their ships and set them ablaze.

    Patroclus Falls

    Patroclus led the Greeks to attack back at the Trojans. The Trojans were swept back and Patroclus killed a Trojan hero, Sarpedon. However, Apollo intervened and struck the helmet and armor of Patroclus. He shattered his spear and knocked his shield put of his arm. Exposed and defenceless, Patroclus was killed by Euphorbos

    Achilles kills Hector

    Achilles was overwhelmed with grief after hearing the death of his friend, Patroclus. Overcomed with rage, he swore to take revenge on the Trojans and Hector. He entered the battlefield, but before he fought, he needed new armor. He was provided armor by his mother, Thetis. Achilles who was still in rage, routed the Trojans who fled in panic.

    Hector versus Achilles

    Hector stood alone outside the city walls, he ran for safety, but Achilles chased the Trojan prince around the city three times. Achilles caught up and stabbed Hector in the throat.

    The Trojan Horse and Victory

    Achilles was killed by Paris and guided by Apollo. Odysseus and Ajax fought over the hero's magnificent armor. Ajax who lost the fight, was disappointed and slaughtered a herd of sheep who he thought were Greeks. He fell on his sword and died. Philoktetes avenged the death of Achilles and shot Paris with the legendary box of Hercules. Odysseus managed to get into the city and steal the sacred Palladion statue of Athena. The final idea was the wooden horse which was offered to the Trojans.
