    An era with rapid economic growth and industrialization. Wages in the USA were higher than in Europe attracted millions of immigrants who helped building the country. The USA did not want to get involdes in WWI, but eventually declared war on Germany in 1917.

    Automobile, the telephone, electricity, the motion pictures and more industrial. The happy times came to a sudden stop with the Stock Market Crash on Wall Street in 1929.

    The 1930s was a decade of poverty, struggle and massive unemployment. 1939 WWII broke out in Europe.
