The day I was born
I was born in October 31, 1997. It was the most special day of my life. Since I'm the first child, my parents were very excited and they took a very good care of me. My whole relatives were super excited. They came to my baby shower and wished us fortune. It was amazing, but I was too young, unfortuanately, I missed all the fun. -
My brother's birth
I had a new brother when I turned 2. Because I was only two, I thought he was a doll for a while, but as time passed, I was getting used to him. His name is Chuong. He was cute when he was first born. His baby shower was even more crowded and exciting than mine since he's a boy, and my father was the youngest son in the family. My brother was very hyper and active. He grew quickly, and now, he's even taller than me. -
Kindergarten
I went to kindergarden when I was three. It was the first time I'd been to any kind of school and had actual friends. I was scared at first, but after a few weeks, I was starting to get used to it and I started to enjoy the school. It was huge. Spending time with friends was fun, since I'd never had friends before, I didn't do very good the first time. But as time passed, I was getting used to everyone, and we became closer everyday. -
Elementary School
Like everyone, I went to Elementary School when I turned 6. I wasn't that scared except for the fact that I have to make new friends. To me, Elementary School was huge, serious, and full of strangers. Since I didn't get used to the seriousness of elementary school, I usually got in trouble several first weeks. We need to sit on desks instead of the floor. The rules were stricter and the teachers were more intense than kindergarden. It took me almost a month to get used to everything. -
Middle School
When I was in 5th grade, everyone in my school had to take a test to determine which school are they going to be in, and so did I. It turned out that I passed the test and got into the regular Middle School. It wasn't that different from 5th grade, but I enjoy it more since I have more friends and it made me feel more mature blending in with the older kids. -
Moving to United States
It was around the second semester of seventh grade when I turned 12, my family moved to United States. I didn't know anything at all and I feel like being in elementary school again. I had no friends and the school was filled with strangers. There was a huge different between my country and United States. Everything. I was scared and took everything very seriously at first, but as time passed, everything got better. -
Junior High
I started Junior High the same year that I came . I was started to make some friends, everything seemed a bit more familiar and the school doesn't seem so strange at all. Junior High wasn't that much different from middle school, especially when you're in 8th grade. The school might be a bit different, but besides that, everything else was almost the same. -
Aeronautic Exploration
I went to an aeronatic space camp and got to learn and fly airplanes by myself for the first time in Norman, Oklahoma for two weeks. It was awesome, I didn't know airplanes were that interesting since I never fly an airplane or get to know about parts of airplanes before, but it was really cool. As exciting as it sounds, it's also very hard. There are a bunch of physical science involved. Although it was hard, we had a lot of fun spending time there, and I would never forget that summer. -
Freshman
I became a freshment when I was 13 years old. Although it was the same school that I used to go last year, the school work was getting harder and became more serious. It was fun, but it was difficult also. There were a lot to do being a freshmen, but I enjoy it a lot and I feel like I was getting more mature everyday. -
New born baby sister
I had a baby sister, for the first time ever, on January 26th, 2012. I was so excited since this is the first time I've ever had a baby sister since I was looking forward to one all these years. My mom said she looked exactly like me when I was little, which cheered me up. Since she's a baby, she cried and complained a lot about unnecessary things, but she's always happy at the end of the day, which makes everyone in my family happy. -
