    Charlie Weems was to meet with officers and his judge. He was told that the officers and judge have agreed to Weem being release on parole.

    As the bells ring throughout the halls in the prison, the news gets out that Andy Wright and Clarence Norris have escaped the prison. They head south but the law will always rise on top catching Norris in October of that year and Wright in October in 1946.

    The brave lad Haywood Patterson escapes prison and runs away.

    Haywood Patterson can't stop getting into trouble due to the fact he got arrested by the FBI in Detriot! The governor of Michigan, refuses to sign the extradition papers to return him to Alabama so Alabama citizens try to get him out of Michigan.
