As the bells ring throughout the halls in the prison, the news gets out that Andy Wright and Clarence Norris have escaped the prison. They head south but the law will always rise on top catching Norris in October of that year and Wright in October in 1946. -

Haywood Patterson can't stop getting into trouble due to the fact he got arrested by the FBI in Detriot! The governor of Michigan, refuses to sign the extradition papers to return him to Alabama so Alabama citizens try to get him out of Michigan. -
