Import tax placed on tea, paper, glass, and coloring used for paints. -
Tea Act
Said the only company the colonists could buy tea from was the East India Company. -
Intolerable Acts
The Boston Harbor was closed and Massachusetts colonists could not have town meetings without a governor there. British officials that were accused of any crime were forced to go back to Britain for their trial. Also, the colonists were forced to quarter soldiers. -
