    The Albany union was a union that was suggested by Benjamen franklin. It was a form of government for the 13 colonies and to have it be under one government. The plan was never carried out and the colonies remained under the British.

    The Sugar Act is also known as the Revenue Act was the first tax that was put on the American colonies. The act was made to fund the British and to stop the smuggling of non-British sugar. This act made it very hard for the American colonies to make good money. and it made them angry.

    The stamp act was placed on the American colonies and it applied to commercial contracts, newspapers, wills, marriage licenses, diplomas, pamphlets, and playing cards. This made the colonists mad because the British were taxing most things that were part of daily life.

    this act stated that parliament could make laws for the colonists and they could practically do whatever they wanted to the colonists. The colonists were angry about the act and the stamp act was released on the same day so it didn't help that they dropped two acts on the colonists.

    The Boston massacre was a shooting that led to several people dying. The event started with a Boston mob harassing British soldiers which led to them firing into the crowd killing several. This event enraged the colonists. This event became a turning point in the American revolution and united the colonists to fight back against the British.

    The Boston tea party was an act of protest by the sons of liberty. The sons of liberty went on to a British ship and through 342 chests of tea into the Boston harbor. The sons of liberty disguised as Mohawk Indians. This one of the first big protests by the colonists.

    The Declaration of Independence was to explain to the British and other nations why they were splitting off and making their own nation. At the time the Revolutionary war had already started and many big battles have already happened.
