He became Führer (leader) of the German Empire in 1934. Hitler led the Nazi Party NSDAP from 1921. he was born April 20th 1889 in Braunau and died april 30th 1945 by killing himself but his power was thought to have came to an end in march 1933 after the Reichstag adopted the Enabling Act of 1933
