The Nav. acts isolated trade between E. and the 13 colonies. This caused friction between E. and the 13 colonies who saw them limitng growth and trade between other countries. -
The French and Indian War
The French, British, and Indians were fighting for the Ohio River Valley. After the war the british had alot of power and were in debt from the war. Then they raised taxes. -
Proclamation of 1763
The british passed on the proclamation of 1763 which prevented colonists to move in past the appalacian mountains. This angered the colonists and the indians so now there is even more conflict between the british, the colonists, and the indians. -
Stamp Acts
The stamp acts was when the british taxed the colonists to pay for the war. The stamp act is when the british taxed the colonists with anything that needed to be documented. -
Townshend Acts
The townshend acts was when the brtish taxed the colonists when they bought or traded goods. Such as sugar, molasses etc.
