  • Nintendo GameCube

    Nintendo GameCube
    The Nintendo GameCube was developed and released by Nintendo. Japan was the first location where the GameCube console was first released in September of 2001. November of that same year, the GameCube console was released to North America. The GameCube became Nintendo's first console to have the optical disc (mini-DVD-based format) to hold storage instead of ROM cartridges. This feature helped improve Nintendo's future.
  • Blu-ray Discs

    Blu-ray Discs
    The Blu-ray Disc (BD) was created my numerous companies joined together that was called the Blu-ray Disc Association. Compared to the HD DVD, the blu-ray Disc itself can store more memory, is more scratch resistant, with higher graffics, and has better quality. These are the main qualities that change the movie industry forever.
  • The Nintendo Wii Console

    The Nintendo Wii gaming console was created by Nintendo with Satoru Iwata being president of the Nintendo company at the time. The Wii was the first Nintendo console to directly use and support internet connectivity which supported online games and digital distribution of games and media applications.

    The iPhone (also known as iPhone 2G, iPhone 1, iPhone (original)), was created, designed, and marketed by Apple Inc. The iPhone was the first smartphone created by Apple inc. The iPhone was one of the first handheld devices to compose a telephone, multimedia player, and internet browsing capabilities on a touch screen platform. Numerous generations of the iPhone were created since then and have been incredibly successful.

    Applications (Apps)
    Anyone could create an App, however, the two main "App Stores" were created by Google and Apple. With the invention of the iPhone came the need for more applications. The lunch of the Apple App Store occurred during the year 2008 and had over 500 apps.
