Works progress administration
Between 1935-1844 the WPA employed 8.5 million workers to work on Americas infrastructure. Today we have highways that take us to just about any city in America. -
National labor relation board
This act was a part of the Wagner act. The NLRB established organized factory elections by secret ballot to determine whether workers wanted a union. This made more working Americans more confident in forming unions. -
Social security act
This act was created to provide some financial stability for older adults the unemployed, the disabled, and others. This gave more Americans who are uneligible to work to have some of the necessities they need to survive. -
National housing act
It was created to provide poor Americans with low-cost housing during the housing crisis. This gave poor Americans the opportunity to live in affordable housing.
