During that lawsuit Monica Lewinsky signs a document concerning her and the president's relationship. Clinton denies having a sexual relationship with Lewinsky(January 1998). Later on in August he admits the relationship. House of Representatives votes, 258 to 176, to perform an impeachment investigation.
