They were forcing Nazi ideas/way of doing things to the Germans. Hitler also made a association/camp that forced tanager and younger their ideals. Such as the thought that blonde hair and blue eyes were the "Superior Race' and that people such as Jews did not follow that standard. -

This new law made sure that they were all superiors with no casualties but because of that certain individuals with physical/mental disabilities were killed off even as far as old people getting killed.
