    In 1992 Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the show's creators made the short film The Spirit of Christmas, which is where the characters for South park first appeared. They appeared again in 1995 for the short film Jesus Vs Santa.

    South Park was first launched on August 13, 1997, by Trey Parker and Matt Stone. The show was preceded by the short film Jesus vs. Santa. It originally aired on Comedy Central, and continues to air there today.

    South Park is a raunchy adult T.V. show that first aired on August 13, 1997, on Comedy Central. The show is based on four boys in the town of South Park Colorado going on mysterious and disturbing adventures. The show exhibits sociopathic, psychopathic, homo/heterosexual behavior, and much more disturbing artifacts.

    In 2005, South Park won its first Prime Time Emmy Award for Outstanding Animated Program.
  • When Chef Left

    When Chef Left
    The voice actor for the character chef, Issac Hayes, got out of his contract with South Park. The show was making fun of Scientology, Issac Haye's religion, so Issac left out of offense.

    The show was claimed to be "dangerous to the democracy" by Peggy Charan, the founder of Action for Children's Television.
