Habs Comeback vs Maple Leafs
I couldn't believe it, my beloved Habs had just come back from a 3-1 series deficit against their biggest rival, the Toronto Maple Leafs. Now this sets up a 2nd round playoff match up against my hometown team, the Winnipeg Jets. Almost all my friends and family are Jets fans so I do feel a little conflicted but I could never go against the team I have cheered for my entire life. -
Habs Sweep The Jets
I am so excited, My Habs have just swept the Jets and I am thrilled. So many of my friends are ticked off at me and I understand their frustration. A few friends have chirped me but it doesn't bother me one bit because I am just looking forward to the Conference Final. I still don't know if it will be against the Vegas Golden Knights or Colorado Avalanche but I am secretly hoping for Vegas because they have the Habs old captain, Max Pacioretty. -
Habs Advance To The Stanley Cup Final
I am overthrown with joy and excitement. I can't wait to see my Habs play in the Stanley Cup Final for the first time in my life. We ended up beating our former captain Max Pacioretty and I do feel a little bad for him but I'm still so happy. As soon as Artturi Lehkonen scored that overtime goal to send the Habs to the cup final my friends were calling my phone because they wanted to see my reaction to this once in a lifetime opportunity. -
Habs lose the Cup...
I am so devastated. This looked like their chance to win it all this year. I am so sad for my favourite player Carey Price because this might be his only chance to ever get a cup and if anyone deserves one it's him. It also looks like it could be the end of the career for the captain Shea Weber because he is battling a really bad knee injury. I know it is going to take a long time to get over this but I can only take it day by day.
