Louis had a solution to make more money because he was still in debt so he decided to tax the nobility. He was forced to call a meeting with the Estates General where there will be a representatives of the three estates to approve the tax. -
National Assembly
They voted to establish the National Assembly to end the absolute monarchy and start the representative government. This was the first deliberate act of revolution. -
Arms
A criminal gang started searching for arms and gunpowder in a Paris prison the Bastille. The gang took over the guard and had control of the prison. -
Woman
Parisian woman marched on Versailles and violently protested over the rising price of the bread with knives, axes and other weapons.
