During the voting when King Louis XVI summoned the estates general, the third estate found that the voting was not fair and the other two estates would always outvote them. The third estates formed a new group of government called "The National Assembly". Their original building got locked, so they moved to a tennis court near their building, forming "The Tennis Court of Oath". -

The Women's March got triggered by the high price of bread and food scarcity. The french citizens also know that the king, nobilities and clergy has their own stocks of bread.
