    The Declaration was created to give equal rights. The people had to force the King to sign it. It was finally signed on Oct. 5th, 1789.

    King Louis XVI was a pore leader.He took France into bankrupcy and wouldn't give them food. As a result King Louis XVI was beheaded on January 21, 1793 to the guillotine. When the King had fallen many countries around France declared war on them.(Notes)
