    France suffered from financial problems at the end of 18th century witch caused King Louis XVI create the Estates General. The Revolutionaries began to argue because the Estates General abolished all privileges of the nobility and the clergy this time became known as Terror due to so many deaths. Napoleon took advantage of this and took control of the country and later on became emperor

    This happened from June 17th to July 9th 1789. Third Estate declares itself the Nation Assembly its about representing the third estate to meet their own needs. The leader of all this was King Louis XVI.

    He dominated the Committee of Public Safety, he was known as the Reign of Terror, which ended with his arrest and execution in 1794.

    Robespierre's extreme and violent response was the reason The Reign of Terror, and his actions eventually led to his downfall. On July 27, 1794 he was arrested and tried, then guillotined the next day.
