It was a time of terror and Robespierre was too vocal and people didnt agree with him. He was aressted and then excuted, Robesierre was no longer the leader of the Reign of Terror. -
Napoleon bonaparte seizes power
The coup of 18 Brumaire gave all power to Napoleon Bonaparte and that ended the French Revolution. Napoleon legitimized his position by creating the Constitution of the Year. -
Napoleon is defeated by the British at the Battle of Waterloo
When Napoleon returned to power in 1815 not many people liked him and created mobilise armies. They planned to attack him but Napoleon kept putting of his soldiers. Finally they had a war and Napoleon lost.
