    On June 1, 2007, my youngest brother, Daniel, was born. I was beginning 7th grade when my brother was born. Not long after he was born, our family decided to relocate to North Raleigh. During 2007-2008, I remember seeing many houses that were foreclosed or on sale at a relatively cheap price.

    This was my last year of middle school. In the following months, I would start highschool at Leesville Road High. In this year, our family moved to North Raleigh from Southeast Raleigh. I remember when Barack Obama became president of the United States.

    Through my church, a few members from my youth group and I went on a college tour around the east coast. This was my first experience touring university campuses. During this year, I noticed many people moved to North Raleigh. Many people moved to my neighborhood.
