The child's family will work alongside the educational facility to make certain that all needs of the child is met and geared towards their needs and parents can accept or reject any thing that concerns their child's well-being. -

EHA is now Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The change also replaced the phrase "handicapped children" with "children with a disabilities".
