    The T'ang Dynasty is when Islam started to expand in China.The T'ang Dynasty started around 618 AD. Arab traders and buisness men from Arab Empire started to introduce Islam in China. The T'amg Dynasty ended in 907 due to a new emperor taking over ("Islam in China Tang and Song Dynasties", n.d).
