Catherine the greats reign began in 1762 and ended in 1796. During her reign she had made a lot of progress in political power. alexander II
Alexander II reign began in 1881 and ended in 1894. While he was king he was not involved in a war. When his father died he blamed everybody who he thought was responsible and had them all executed. He also introduced a higher degree of frugality and accounting in state finances.
