Lincoln was watching 'Our American Cousin' at Ford theater and he got shot in the skull. Booth, the assassian jumped out of the box and broke his leg. This is okay for North because they are already done with the war. -
CSA President Davis captured

CSA President Davis is captured in Georgia. He was taken to Virginia, where he was imprisoned. This is to North's advantage because the Confederacy is now dead.
