Election of 1800

The Misssouri Compromise was passed in the 1820's between the anti-slave states and the slave states. Its said the from the 36 30' line, anything above it is a prohibited from slavery. Even though, Missouri is gladly over the "line" it was still considered a slave state.

Jackson's inauguration was pretty bad, because no one liked him. His own party went against him, because they said he was acting as if he were a king. His party members were called the Whigs. Jackson had removed or enslaved Indians from their home lands so that the US can gain land.
