    Czars are described as "East and South Slavic monarchs or supreme rulers of Eastern Europe". These Monarchs were given all of the power over their territory and shared none. With Czars came Russia (soon to be Soviet Union) and it's people. Over the years, people became intolerable of the Czar and started retaliating against their ruler. The rebellions soon turned into success and The Russian Revolution gave opportunity for a new government.

    The U-2 Incident occurred in 1960 when an American reconnaissance drone piloted by one man flew deep into soviet territory. The drone took photos of Soviet military bases and equipment but was quickly shot down and taken into Soviet possession. The US was forced to tell the truth about the operation and was an overall embarrassment to the US.
