The Battle of Gonzales was not really a battle it was more of a skirmish. The Texans had stolen Gonzales, a cannon, from the Mexicans. The Mexicans had tried to get the cannon back, but failed. Nobody died in the skirmish -

The battle of the Alamo was a 13 day siege. The Mexicans tried and succeeded in taking the alamo away from the Texans. -
The Battle of Coleto Creek
The Texans decided to rest in a prarie. While they were there the Mexicans moved in on the Fannin. The Mexicans fought, but were pushed back. Eventually Fannin surrendered, but the Texan captives were still killed and Santa Anna was also killed -
The Battle of San Jacinto
The Mexicans had settled down to sleep. While the Mexicans were sleeping the Texans moved in and attacked the Mexicans only 9 Texans had died. They had later on captured Santa Anna.
