I used the clear sheets to write on with a dry erase marker--to model class assignments. -
Scranton scanner
These were used to grade quizzes/tests. Now Google From grades automatically once an answer key is set up. -
VCR to DVD player
I would show video tapes related to class novels on the VCR. I remember having to rewind and get it exactly to the right spot for the next class period. DVD's came and made it so much easier. -
Mounted TV before Digital projector
Used to show an educational TV channel during homeroom class. -
CD player for class novel audio
I used a CD player to play the audio from "Romeo and Juliet" prior to having a sound system installed. -
School Computer Labs
There were 1-2 computer labs with old computers for students to used--no internet--just Microsoft to type. -
Document Camera
Being able to use this tool to display student work and to model assignments is so helpful. I just wish I knew everything this tool was capable of. -
Digital Projector
Being able to project from my computer has helped with engagement. -
Sound System
Having a sound system for music/text audio, teacher/student audio has been a game changer. -
Dual Monitors
Having two screens is amazing as a multi-tasker and so helpful for projecting on one screen and being able to have another screen to work. -
Chromebook labs for each classroom
Each classroom having it's own Chromebook lab--1:1
