Google Google was released in March of 1996. Larry Page and Sergey Brin are the creators of google, at the time they were students at stanford. Google.com was registered on September 15, 1997.

The first posted YouTube video was on April 23, 2005 Me at the zoo by Jawed Karim. Nike was the first major company to embrace Youtube. On October 9, 2006 google buys YouTube for $1.65 Billion.
