  • Nintendo 64

    The year was 1999 Christmas day and i got my first gaming console the Nintendo 64. I was in kindergarten and it was at the time the best day of my life. This gaming console kept me in my room for hours a day. I'm sure my parents loved I was sitting quiet in a room. The inventor was Nintendo created the Nintendo 64.
  • Gameboy advance SP

    The year is 2005 and my parents bought me a Gameboy advance SP. To me this was a big deal I no long were/was confined to a room to play. It allowed me to be distracted in long car rides, parties , and events or places I was usually bored at. This was a huge outlet for me and remembering the hours I would spent were hours well spent. What made this so special is it came with a bright light up screen that allows the player to play in the dark something other portable gaming consoles didn't have.
  • Family computer

    In 2006 my family were able to save up money to buy just one computer. I can recall the vibes of having a computer felt like a new social status. I can recall the internet being dial up internet which made a very loud noise to connect and also would lose signal when when an incoming phone call would happen. Nonetheless the internet brought me closer with friends because i was able to make a Myspace.
  • Xbox 360

    The Xbox 360 played a pivotal role in connecting with my friends after school. It was the first console to have online gaming. At the time a game called HALO was a must play revolutionary game. The online gaming feature on the Xbox 360 allowed me and my friends to play with each other without having to leaving the comfort of our homes.
  • My first cellphone

    2011 the year I got my first cellphone. It was a blackberry that came with internet. It had many cool features such as "BBM'(blackberry messenger) which allowed you to connect with other blackberry user with a special keyboard with Emoji and even able to play online games with other users.I was still in high school when I got the phone so it help me stay connected with my parents when school was out. Another feature it had was a full alphabet keyboard which was so handy being a texter.
