I freaked out! and I was wondering if I would be able to manage the class and to create rapport with the kids. -
And during the next weeks........
I found myself creating a great relationship with the kids, of respect and inspiration to learn. -
Realizing the internal needs of the kids....
I started to find what were the kids' shortcomings in the language -
The students improvement...
I realized that creating a rapport and being able to understand what is the learning pace of the students and learning needs, it's a key to create improvement in their language skills.
