What potential risks exists that could derail this project. See the PMP for information on how to identify and mitigate risks. Goal is to identify at least 20 potential risks. -

Discuss the Data
Identify and discuss the data that will be needed to discuss the opioid crisis, identify common data language, ensure the same data is being tracked throughout the organizations, and how data can be shared. Develop SMART Objectives
Project team members create SMART objectives with their agencies and report back to project team. These objectives should help teh task force meet its goals. Team can help work through questions members have about SMART objectives. Refer to PMP for information on developing SMART objectives. Implement SMART Objectives
Each project team member should work with their respective organizations to implement objectives. Project Team should meet once per month to be updated on each organization's progress. -

Quality Assessment, Gap Analysis
This is the close out portion of the project where the project team discusses improvements that can be made on implemented items and identifies gaps that still exist in addressing the opioid crisis. Refer to PMP for more information.
