  • 1st Trimester

    1st Trimester
This stage usually lasts about 12-14 weeks. The zygote within the uterus is being transformed to a fetus and are usually the weeks were the mother undergoes change and alterations of many physical, emotional changes.
  • Stage 1 (0-2 weeks)

    Stage 1 (0-2 weeks)
Once egg is fertilizied with a sperm a zygote may float freely in the uterus but it eventually inplants itself unto the outer wall of the uterus. The brain, hands, ears, hands begin to form and heart is also functional.
As to the first steps of the babie's formation, you should take prenetal multivatamins,
  • Stage 2 (3-8 weeks)

    Stage 2 (3-8 weeks)
Embrio is about an inch long with a nervous systems that reacts to stimuli, and cardiovascular system is fully functional. The mouth, nostrils, feet, toenails begin to form. Therefore along with taking multivatamins, also change your lifestyle to that of a healthy one and avoid any harmful substances such as alcohol, wine etc.
  • Stage 3 (9-14 weeks)

The baby takes on a human form, sex organs and eyelids are created during this time period. The baby then might cry with no sound and can start sucking his/her thumb. During the 1st trimester, nausea and fatigue happens due to the change. Therefore I will help aid in cutting the mothers movements to a minimal to heal and provide rest to lessen symptoms
  • 2nd Trimester: (15-20 weeks)

    2nd Trimester: (15-20 weeks)
As organs develop the baby is now growing in weight and length. This might be the result of when the kicking starts and movements within the belly such as summerslats. Back pain, and abonominal muscles will become painfull. So my proposition is to help with excersices needed to a healthy labor such as walks, or abdominal stretches as well as an aid to hospital trips for an ultrasound or just checkups.
  • 2nd Trimester (21-28 weeks)

Womb will start to grow and become noticeble due to the fact that, the baby is growing out of the pelvis.
Planceta will cover baby to function as a heat barrier. Sleep will be required and a healthy diet from the start as well as good water supply for both mother and baby.

As baby reaches about 8 onces, the baby will then start touching his/her face, cord, amniostic sac surrounding each baby. Hearing and sight will be gained by baby as well.
  • 3rd Trimester Cont.

As baby is growing to its full term, bloating will be present because of fluid retention and babies weight so a healthy way to control is to avoid carbonated drinks, and high sodium drinks.
Building of meconium will be present and will be the first bowel movement.
  • 3rd Trimester (29-40 weeks)

    3rd Trimester (29-40 weeks)
The baby developes all five sences, weighting up to 9 pounds This is the final timespan before going into labor.
The baby is now full grown and is crowed in the uterus, increasing demand on the mother. Causing more fatigue, nausea, constant bathroom trips etc. Anxiety will arise and I will aid as helper to calm down any restfulness .
As labor is close at hand the vernix gets thicker and fat increases to prepare the baby to go out the womb.
Baby may turn "head-down" position for birth .
