Last Day of School
The last day of school was really fun because all we did was play games! There was no homework and we even had an early out! After the bell rang I gathered my stuff and got on the bus, when I got home me and my brothers played football. -
Birthday
On my birthday my brothers and I went to the indoor swimming pool in Sioux Center, after we were done swimmimg we went to Gadfathers to eat pizza. The pizza we got was really cool because instead of having crust it have little mozzarella sticks. Before we went home we went to the ice cream shop in LeMars. I got chocolate ice cream with sprinkles and gummy worms on it! -
Black Hills
During the 4th of July weekend, my family and I stayed in a cabin in the Black Hills. While we were there we did many things. One thing that we did was we drove through the Badlands and walked on some of the trails. Another thing we did was we drove through Bear Country, it was really fun because the bears came to our van! It was an exciting trip! -
Pickstown/ Fort Randall
I went to Pickstown with my grandparents. While we were there we went fishing, the fish were not biting at all except for one day we caught five fish. My grandma caught a 20 inch walleye! When we got back to our camper we went to go eat in a cafe in a town called Gross, Nebraska. The population of Gross was two! There was only two houses across the street from the cafe. The next morning we ate breakfast and went home. -
Twins Game
My parents started packing and I asked them where we were going and they said we were just going shopping. When we got in the van thats when my dad told us we were going to a twins game! We drove for about two hours until one of my brothers opened his window and my dads ticket flew out! We pulled over to the side and looked in the ditches and I found it. We arrived at the hotel got on the train and went to the game. I saw lot of players hit homeruns! The next morning we left to go home. -
1st Day of School
The first day of school was very long! It seemed like forever for school to get out. All the classes were out of order because we did the late start schedule. Every class we went ot we mostly talked about the rules and regulations. My favorite part of the day was lunch because we had cheese pizza with fruit. When the day was over I was kind of sad because I knew my summer was over!
