Take up a clerkship
As a law clerk, an aspiring lawyer can work under judges and conduct legal work that a court offical cannot complete by themselves. -
Take Bar Exam
In order to join a state's bar and legally practice law as an attorney, one must pass the bar exam. In Massachussetts, where Harvard University is located, Bar exams are usually held in July, especially in Boston.
